What We Do For Health and Nutrition

Vision Bangladesh – Education and Health Society operates an EPI Center alongside a Mother and Child Care Program that addresses malnutrition, maternal health, and early childhood development through an integrated approach. Around 3,000 mothers and caregivers have been trained in hygienic food preparation, Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) practices, and dietary diversity. Additionally, nearly 2,000 households have adopted homestead gardening and livestock rearing as sustainable sources of nutrition. The program also delivers nutrition counseling, immunization, antenatal and postnatal care, safe delivery support, and parenting education.
